Joshua Paul Jones is a knowledgeable trial attorney with over seven years of courtroom experience. Mr. Jones started his own law firm in 2011 after practicing at both the Montgomery County District Attorney's office and the law firm of Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C. At Joshua Paul Jones, Attorney at Law, LLC we handle matters relating to criminal defense, domestic relations/family law, estate planning and business organization. Mr. Jones has taken over two-hundred criminal and civil cases to trial, spending thousands of hours in the courtroom. That courtroom experience is extremely valuable in handling any case. He has the ability to handle a variety of legal matters thanks to this experience in criminal and civil litigation. Before going to law school Mr. Jones attended Samford Universtiy on a track and field scholarship and was a four-year letterman competing in the decathlon. While at Samford he was also a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity holding several executive positions while there. Mr. Jones was also involved in the student body and was given Samford's "Hanging of the Green" senior leadership award. After graduating from Samford University in 2002 Mr. Jones worked at the law firm of Marsh, Rickard and Bryan, P.C. for one year before starting law school at Faulkner University's Jones School of Law. While in law school Mr. Jones was instrumental in trial team competition as well as a second year class officer. During law school he interned at Northwestern Mutual Insurance company and the Montgomery County District Attorney's office. Mr. Jones graduated from law school in 2006 and immediately took a position with the District Attorney's office prosecuting felony cases. From 2006-2011 Mr. Jones worked in several divisions of the Montgomery County District Attorney's office. He worked for two and a half years in the adult division of the DA's office prosecuting various violent, property and narcotics crimes. During that time Mr. Jones took over a dozen felony cases to trial in front of a jury. In addition he tried countless bench trials and misdemeanor cases. From there Mr. Jones was transferred to the juvenile division and continued to try felony and misdemeanor cases for another two years. After leaving the District Attorney's office Mr. Jones worked for the law firm of Beasley Allen in their toxic torts division. During his time at Beasley Allen Mr. Jones worked on the BP oil spill litigation before starting his own practice.

Her drive to practice law deepened over time as she watched friends face a justice system that did not treat them equitably. That experience left a lasting impression and strengthened her resolve to become a voice for people who are often overlooked or underestimated. Today, she channels that purpose into every case she takes on, especially when a client is up against a powerful institution that has caused harm. Before entering the legal field, Myesha built a successful career in engineering and quality systems, most recently serving as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer for Pfizer. In that role, she introduced new quality programs, led audits, conducted root cause analysis, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and safety. Her background in data-driven problem-solving and regulatory compliance gives her a unique edge when analyzing complex matters and preparing legal strategies. Her legal experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at Southern University Law Center, a Legal Intern with Edgecombe County's District Attorney's Office, and a Congressional Law Intern for Congressman G. K. Butterfield. These positions helped her refine her research and writing abilities, which she now considers among her greatest strengths. Bob has practiced law since 1995. He grew up in Hartselle, Alabama and graduated from Hartselle High School in 1987. He received an undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of Alabama and his law degree from the University in 1995. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 1995. Prior to law school, Bob served U. S. Senator Richard Shelby as Campaign Finance Director. While in law school, he was legal research assistant to Dean Charles Gamble, author of McElroy’s Alabama Evidence. He served as Vice-president of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Bob was selected for publication in the Alabama Trial Lawyer’s Journal. His article entitled, “Making the Internet an Indispensable Part of Case Evaluation and Investigation” appeared in the Fall 1999 edition. He had previously delivered this topic at the 1999 ATLA Annual Summer Seminar. Bob was also appointed to be co-chair of the Automobile Law subcommittee of the American Bar Association. He served on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and moderates an online discussion group for Alabama Trial Lawyers.
