Alexander Reichert graduated from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in 1992 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. He attended the University of North Dakota School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate with distinction in 1996. Following law school, Alex was an Associate Attorney at Schmitz, Moench, and Schmidt as well as Pearson Christensen, PC. He also served as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court in Bismarck, North Dakota. Alex opened Reichert Armstrong in 2003 as a solo practice. The Firm has grown to include four attorneys in two offices in the State of North Dakota. Alex’s primarily practices criminal defense. In 1997, Alex argued United States v. Lara, before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is licensed to practice in the States of North Dakota and Minnesota, the U.S. Federal District Court of North Dakota, the United States Supreme Court, and Spirit Lake Tribal Court. Alex and his wife, Stephanie, live in Grand Forks, North Dakota, with their two children. He is a member of the Grand Forks Zoning and Planning Commission and the North Dakota State Bar Association Joint Committee on Attorney Standards. He is also a fellow in the American Board of Criminal Lawyers.

Lindsey grew up in Larimore, North Dakota. He graduated from Larimore High School. He continued his education at the University of North Dakota (UND). His first internship was in North Dakota. His first job after law school was in North Dakota. Lindsey knows North Dakota and Minnesota – the people, the courts and the practice of Criminal Defense. While at UND, he earned his bachelor’s degree, majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Sociology and Political Science. It was an excellent course of study to prepare him for law school. Upon graduation, Lindsey continued at UND, studying at the UND School of Law. While a law school student, he was a member of the Law Review, Moot Court and the National Association of Criminal Defense. His internship was at a Grand Forks law firm (Larivee & Light, LDH) that focused primarily on cases representing clients charged with criminal offenses. After graduating from law school, he joined a Grand Forks law firm (Larivee & Light, LDH) as an associate attorney, where he built his criminal defense practice. After a few years, Lindsey moved to Fargo, where he built a solid law firm (Haugen, Moeckel, & Bossart) focused exclusively on Criminal Defense representation. When his partners retired, he joined O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Attorneys – where his focus is exclusively criminal defense. Lindsey knows Criminal Defense! He represents clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies, drug and property crimes, DUI/DWI, and juvenile matters. He’s been defending people in the Red River Valley area for more than 25 years. Stacey has been a member of the firm since July 1, 2012. She had been a partner of another Fargo law firm for 15 years prior to joining Haugen Moeckel & Bossart. Her practice encompasses a number of areas of the law, where she represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in various matters. Her practice areas center in personal injury, medical negligence, general litigation, probate, wills and estate work. She likewise serves as counsel to the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo.

She graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law. While in law school, Tatum served as a law clerk at the Morley Law Firm in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Tatum also spent a summer as an extern with the US Attorney’s Office, District of North Dakota. Before joining the firm, she was a law clerk for all eight judges in the East Central Judicial District, Cass County, North Dakota. Throughout her many years in practice, Tatum has established a reputation as a highly skilled and experienced attorney, representing clients in both criminal and personal injury cases.

Madison grew up on a farm near Wolford, North Dakota, a small town northeast of Rugby. She was the Valedictorian of her high school class. She graduated from North Dakota State University (NDSU) where she majored in Criminal Justice and double minored in Business Administration and Psychology. Following her undergraduate studies in Fargo, she went on to Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she earned her law degree, graduating Cum Laude. During law school, she was a law clerk at a law firm in Anoka, Minnesota. Upon passing her bar exams, Madison became a full-time Public Defender in Fargo. As a Public Defender, Madison has proven to be an excellent advocate for her clients. Madison is an excellent listener, an accomplished communicator, and a strong voice for those she represents. She has gained valuable experience helping people who have found themselves in challenging legal situations. Madison sees her primary responsibility as helping her clients navigate the complicated legal system. Madison joined the O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Attorneys team in March 2023, focusing her practice on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases.
