Of Counsel Attorney – Justin Linn is a South Florida Native, currently located in New York City with his wife and two kids. Mr. Linn is licensed in both Florida and New York. Justin Linn has extensive experience with accident cases occurring in New York, but where the injured person lives in Florida. Mr. Linn attended the University of Central Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude in the top 1% of his class. Next, Mr. Linn graduated from Law School at Nova Southeastern University ranked three out of over 300 students. While at Nova, Mr. Linn received the high grade award in 6 different classes, and was a member of Law Review and the Trial Team. Mr. Linn recently graduated with honors from Fordham University in New York City with a Masters in International Law. Mr. Linn is formerly with the United States Security & Exchange Commission (SEC), where he worked in the Trial Unit on the single largest financial fraud case in the world. “My passion to get you the result you need pushes me to outwork and out-think the opposition.”

Mrs. Buchko is an associate attorney with Robes Law Group, PLLC and is dedicated to advocating for injured individuals. Mrs. Buchko has been involved in the legal field since graduating high school working her way through different aspects of the practice of law. Mrs. Buchko completed her undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University with a degree in International Business and a minor in Business Law. During her undergraduate studies Mrs. Buchko gained leadership skills by holding positions of President and Vice President of Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority. Mrs. Buchko pursued her passion of law by obtaining her Juris Doctor at Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova University where she graduated cum laude. During her studies Mrs. Buchko gained courtroom experience by participating in pro bono work at Coast to Coast Legal Aid of Broward County helping indigent clients through the difficult process of Family Law and Domestic Violence. In her past time, Mrs. Buchko enjoys outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with her family.
