Brad has a multifaceted practice, serving as legislative counsel to businesses and trade associations with interests before the Tennessee General Assembly and Tennessee state government. In that regard he has particular experience in the areas of transportation, energy, economic development, health care and insurance, among other fields. His practice also features business litigation and commercial dispute resolution components, with experience in banking and construction litigation, sports law and real estate. Brad has been named to the Best Lawyers in America list for Governmental Relations, and in 2016 he was named team leader of Adams and Reese's firm wide Government Relations team.
