Brandon F. Loshak is one of the firm’s founding partners and leader, specializing his practice in business law, real estate, land use & zoning, licensing, food & beverage, and oil & gas. Mr. Loshak has represented national and multi-national businesses in all facets of their ventures, from formation to operations, such as the purchase and sale of assets and real property, licensing, and mergers & acquisitions.
Mr. Loshak has a business background and experience allowing him to uniquely tailor the services and counseling he provides, taking into account all dimensions of his clients’ varying individual needs. Mr. Loshak takes pride in providing efficient, innovative, and fervent service.
Mr. Loshak graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Thereafter, he worked in the oil and gas industry and in land acquisitions. Mr. Loshak then obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Mr. Loshak previously worked for one of the country’s largest and top law firms before joining forces with Evan C. Leach, to form Loshak Leach, LLP, a preeminent full-service business and real estate law firm.

In addition to general information to get to know the person we are speaking with, we need to gather background information relating to the reason you are speaking with an attorney. This helps us to prepare a strategy and determine the best course of action.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to provide resolutions to issues our clients are experiencing.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
In addition to law I am interested in family, friends, sports and travel.
