Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
A gentleman contacted me after his prior attorney dropped his case. They thought it was too hard so after months of stringing him along, they returned his files and told him they wouldn't represent him anymore. After speaking with witnesses and other investigation, and using my relationships with adjusters and opposing counsel, I was able to obtain close to $100,000 for the client.
How did you build a successful practice?
I remain available to assist you during Covid-19. Zoom videoconference are available for free consultations as well as phone consults or email communication. Also available for in person meetings if necessary. I follow all CDC recommendations as your health and safety are important.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
The biggest disappointment I see in clients that come to me after having a different attorney is the lack of communication. Some firms will aggressively sign up a client and make lofty promises. But then they pass on the client to legal secretaries and paralegals and the client can\'t get answers questions. At my firm, it\'s just me -- if you hire me I\'m the one you\'ll speak with and I\'m the one who will answer all of your questions.
