About Brian
Brian has been practicing law for thirteen years in the areas of bankruptcy, residential and commercial real estate, soft intellectual property and corporate and business law. Brian is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Brian has practiced and litigated in Miami, Atlanta and Los Angeles on behalf of clients ranging from a multi-national cosmetic corporation, an independent film studio, a talent agency, a REIT and various other companies and individuals. Brian recently brokered a merger of two multi-million dollar companies providing legal, financial and tax advice to maximize the profits and minimize the tax liabilities the new company would encounter. Brian has a passion for giving back to the community. He provided pro bono services to the disadvantaged on behalf of Public Counsel in matters relating to Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy, immigration law specifically DACA cases and Guardianships of Person and Estate. During this time Brian was awarded the 2016 William J. Lasarow Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service in Bankruptcy. Brian graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Corporate Communications, and later attended Florida State University where he received his Juris Doctor. Brian is a member of the California, Washington State, Georgia, Florida and Washington, D.C. Bars. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, United States District Court for the Central District of California and United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
