About Brian
Brian R. Fleming received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics with honors from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1990, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 1993 where he served as Associate Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal.
Following law school, Brian spent four years in private practice defending workers' compensation cases in Kentucky and Illinois. Thereafter, he accepted an appointment and served for two years as law clerk to a Senior Judge of the United State District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Kentucky and Illinois.
Brian returned home to Michigan in 1999 and joined Bleakley, Cypher, Parent, Warren & Quinn, where he defends workers' compensation cases. He accepted a shareholder interest in the firm in June of 2004. Brian and his wife, Molly, have two children.
