About Brian
I formed Ritter Elder Law & Estate Planning to assist clients with a variety of estate planning and elder law matters including estate planning for high net-worth clients, handling nearly any type of probate, guardianship and trust administration case, and helping families address a vast array of elder law and long-term care Medicaid issues. The types of estates for which I have prepared plans range from a few thousand dollars to nearly twenty million and everyone in between. I have also been court-appointed counsel, or been the permanent guardian, in countless guardianship cases. An added benefit of my practice has been helping families navigate the difficult waters of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, the Medicaid application and approval process, Medicaid spend-down, and asset protection planning.
