About Celina

Ms. Rios joined Bluestein and Wayne, P.A. in April 2007. Her practice involves most areas of Family Law, including complex dissolution of marriage, paternity, domestic violence, custody issues and settlement agreements.

Ms. Rios was born in Medellin, Colombia in 1968. Ms. Rios graduated from University of Florida with a B.A. in 1990 and obtained her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in December 1992. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. Ms. Rios was awarded a Fellowship from the National Center for State Courts, Court Executive Development Program in 2002.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rios worked in Court Administration in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. As the Director of the Operations she provided administrative support to the Judiciary including the development, implementation, and administration of circuit court programs and services in all divisions of the circuit and county courts. While at the Eleventh Circuit, Ms. Rios also served as the Director of the Family Division where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Miami-Dade County Family Court.
