About Chad

William “Chad” McLain is a leader in the field of personal injury law. He has handled injury and death claims arising from high-profile automobile and trucking collisions, netting his clients millions in settlement dollars and verdicts. A former insurance claims specialist, he now uses his knowledge and experience from his time in the industry to recover money for his clients injured in accidents. Chad has had multiple successes in the realms of personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, business contract litigation, and insurance bad faith. Attorney McLain was recently honored as the Tulsa County Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer for 2010.

McLain is active in the community through various professional and university-affiliated organizations. He has served the Tulsa County Bar Association in various leadership capacities including Chair of the Law Week, Community Outreach and Bench & Bar Committees. McLain recently served as the Chair of the TCBA’s Pro Bono Celebration.

Dan, Chad and Rachel all volunteer with an organization called Tulsa Lawyers for Children. TLC handles deprived children cases at the juvenile bureau where the Public Defender’s office has a conflict. They represent minors who are adjudicated deprived and are in the custody of the Department of Human Services.

McLain has also served the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Board of Directors. He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of the Tulsa County Bar Foundation and the Golden Hurricane Club.
