He is admitted to the New York State Bar; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and U.S. Supreme Court. He has also been admitted in Connecticut Pro Hac Vice for trials of certain important cases.

Mr. Goldberger received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. from the University of Rochester.

He is a member of the Westchester, New York State and White Plains Bar Associations, and was a past President of the White Plains Bar Association. Mr. Goldberger is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and a past Chair of its commercial litigation section and a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.  He is Chairman of the Board of the YMCA of Central and Northern Westchester. He serves as General Counsel to several cooperative and condominium associations and he was also a member of Pace Law School’s Board of Visitors.

In addition, Mr. Goldberger was appointed to the Westchester County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board. He is a member of the Rotary Club of White Plains and legal counsel to the Westchester Cycle Club. He was the Village Attorney for the Village of Mamaroneck for five years. Mr. Goldberger has for many years served as an arbitrator, primarily under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association. He has resolved more than 100 real estate, commercial and construction disputes. He has also represented claimants and respondents in many arbitrations. Mr. Goldberger heads the litigation department and concentrates on commercial, construction and personal injury litigation, commercial arbitration and Surrogate’s Court litigation. Mr. Goldberger has been a visiting professor in Estonia, Romania, Poland, Serbia, Hungry, Turkey, and Kazakhstan where he has taught litigation and arbitration.
