Christopher Finley concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, corporate, litigation, and estate planning. Prior to forming his own firm in 2012, Chris was associated with three of the top law firms in the country, Holland & Knight, Greenburg Traurig, and Gunster Yoakley.
Chris represents developers, lenders, borrowers, and investors in all phases of acquisition, development, financing and disposition of real property. He also represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation and drafting of residential, commercial, industrial, and office leases. In addition, Chris has experience in the areas of loan modifications, mortgage restructuring and settlement, and mortgage foreclosures.
