Colin has been passionately pursuing justice for South Carolinians since finishing law school at the University of South Carolina in 2017. While in law school, Colin was honored to be selected for the school's nationally ranked Mock Trial program. Through tireless devotion to both oral and written advocacy, Colin competed throughout the United States, winning numerous team and individual accolades, including a selection to the 2016 TopGun Mock Trial Competition hosted by Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Scorned ex-lover brought action for restraining order against former boyfriend (our client). He had a spotless record and a job where even a slight ding would be costly. He was also concerned about the impacts of the restraining order on his right to own a firearm. He hired me, we demanded a hearing. At the hearing I successfully cross examined the accuser and she admitted she had no proof to support her claims. The action was dismissed.
