​Antonio J. Bestard has 40 years of experience, and is prepared to manage the complexity issues of criminal law. Mr. Bestard is Certified Legal Specialist in Criminal Law, and is fluent in Spanish. He has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 1976. He is a member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

Andrew M. Stein has been practicing law for over thirty years and has specialized in the area of criminal law and civil rights. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the State University of New York in 1975. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1978. To date, Andrew M. Stein has successfully tried over 200 cases to verdict! Throughout his career, Andrew M. Stein has earned a reputation for being a top defender in the legal community and earned the respect of his peers and top judges throughout Southern California. He is the man that cops love to hate, but call when they need help! He is a firm believer that "cross-examination is the vehicle to truth". Andrew M. Stein remains active in the legal community and continues to maintain his post-graduate training by regularly attending seminars to stay up to date with the most current law. He also belongs to numerous associations including the American Bar Association, (Criminal Law Section), California Public Defenders Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, (Law Enforcement and Justice Committee). He is also a sustaining member of the Criminal Courts Bar Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also serves a current Board of Director for the Los Angeles Criminal Courts Bar Association and even served as its 55th President in 2008. Among his many accomplishments, Andrew M. Stein was presented with the “Lawyer of the Year” award in 2000 by the Southeast Bar Association.

Michael Berg is an experienced criminal defense attorney who is dedicated to defending his clients and ensuring they receive excellent representation. He has represented more than 1,000 clients in felony and misdemeanor cases in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Imperial, and Kern counties. He has defended clients against a wide array of charges, including murder, sex crimes, domestic violence, drugs, gun crimes, battery, gang crimes, assault with a deadly weapon, three strikes, child abuse, DUI, theft, embezzlement, credit card fraud, identity theft, and traffic matters. Michael also handles probation violations, pre-filing investigations, and negotiations with officers and prosecutors. He additionally represents victims of domestic violence. Through years of practicing criminal law in Southern California, Michael has built relationships with prosecutors and judicial officers based on his ability to identify strong legal and factual defenses for his clients. When appropriate, he also prepares materials for prosecutors to “humanize” his clients and share mitigating factors that can help to prevent charges from being filed or reduce their severity. He also has successfully worked with expert witnesses on DUIs, DNA, gangs, accident reconstruction, mental health, and other issues to develop defenses and prepare the best arguments for pre-trial and trial phases. Michael graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2005. During law school, Michael was a certified law clerk in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and handled over 5,000 arraignments and 2,000 bail motions. He also previously clerked in the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
