In addition, Ms. Billings has completed the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program, co-sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; the Qualified Pension Administrator designation and the Qualified 401k Administrator designation both sponsored by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
