Darryl V. Pratt has over fifteen years experience in corporate and business law transactions, estate planning, asset protection planning, probate, elder law, guardianships, real estate, taxation, and bankruptcy law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Pratt focuses his practice on business transactions, estate and probate, and bankruptcy matters and is a regular speaker on a variety of business planning and estate planning, asset protection, tax, bankruptcy, and real estate law topics. Mr. Pratt was recently named as a “Texas Rising Star” “Super Lawyer” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics magazines.

Mr. Pratt started Darryl V. Pratt, Attorney at Law, PC is 2002 which focuses primarily on bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, elder law, business law, tax and real estate matters. In addition, Mr. Pratt also serves "Of Counsel" to WalkerBright, PC where he lends his transactional experience to their clients.

Mr. Pratt and his family are active members at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center and the Prestonwood Foundation.
