Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I have a client that has enormous student loans and needed the protection of Chapter 13 to avoid being garnished. He was over the limit for a Chapter 13 case, but by analyzing the claims, I was able to get the client below the limit.
How did you build a successful practice?
I built a successful practice by working hard to make sure my clients get successful results and by treating them with kindness and respect. Most of my business are referrals. I think my reviews on Avvo illustrate how hard I work to make my clients happy and achieve positive results.

Clients should look for a lawyer who is knowledgeable, experienced and respectful. I believe it's important for a lawyer to be available for clients' questions and concerns.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
I believe local knowledge and familiarity with Judges, Clerks, Trustees and Court staff are extraordinarily helpful in being a successful attorney.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
In a free consultation I can provide the client with various bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy options for dealing with debt. I can let clients know which chapter of bankruptcy is most appropriate. The consultation also enables me to provide them with what the fee will be by reviewing the facts of their case.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
It is very helpful for clients to provide me with their income and assets during the free consultation. That enables me to determine their best course of action.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I think what sets me apart is that I am always available for my clients. I provide clients with my cell number and quickly respond to any questions or concerns. I file cases quickly and as a result of filing thousands of bankruptcy cases, I am equipped to deal with any potential issues. I treat all my clients with the utmost compassion and respect.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
I truly enjoy helping people. It gives me tremendous joy to be able to save people's homes, stop garnishments and to be able to provide them with a fresh start. My office walls are filled with ""Thank You"" cards. It gives me tremendous joy to know how many lives I have improved.

I enjoy reading, performing and learning magic tricks, experiencing nature and watching all genres of movies.
