Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I was instrumental in securing a successful result in a complex leasing fraud class action case involving over $50 million dollars, over 1,500 participants and multiple issues including jurisdiction, venue, U.C.C., choice of law, multidistrict litigation and discovery violations.

How did you build a successful practice?

I built a successful practice by treating my clients the same way I would want to be treated if I was my own lawyer - be aggressive but fair, responsive to their needs but willing to tell them when they are wrong and by giving them solid value for their money by providing real results and viable legal solutions to their problems.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Someone whose opinion that they respect, someone with whom they feel comfortable communicating, someone who believes in their case, someone who has mastered his craft and who excels at written and oral communication and someone who has the knowledge and experience to be successful as their advocate.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

As a litigator, local knowledge of the judge's juries and public opinion and values is crucial to be able to identify core values and issues that will make the deciding factor in achieving a successful litigation outcome.

Solving difficult problems and getting just and fair results for wronged clients.
