DAVID E. CONDON

David E. Condon is a Partner Louison, Costello, Condon & Pfaff, LLP .  He concentrates his practice in defense of both private and public employees.  Attorney Condon represents correction officers and police who have been disciplined before arbitrators and administrative law agencies.  Attorney Condon has an active labor law practice representing unions and their memberships in contract negotiations and in labor disputes across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

 

Additionally, Attorney Condon is the Director of the Tax Title Department, which represents Treasurers from over 60 cities and towns in the foreclosure of tax liens.  Since joining the firm in 2001, Attorney Condon has also maintained an active practice in business organizations, construction law as well as real estate law.  Mr. Condon represents property investors and serves as general counsel to several start-up business ventures.  Mr. Condon was appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts as a Commissioner of the Dedham Housing Authority.  He served on the Board from 1996 through 1999 setting policies regarding public housing in the Town of Dedham.

Attorney Condon received a J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School in 1999.  He also received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Boston in 1993 and was the President of Phi Alpha Theta, Mu-Iota Chapter, the History Honor Society.
