David J. Gruber is a partner of Gruber, Schwartz & Posnock, LLP. Mr. Gruber has been an attorney in New Jersey since 1983. Since that time he has been a licensed and practicing member of the New Jersey State Bar as well as the District Courts of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Gruber has been licensed and practicing in New York since 1986 and is a member of the New York State Bar as well as the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Gruber is also licensed to appear before the United States Supreme Court. From 1992-2004 Mr. Gruber was a partner of Lehman, Lehman & Gruber and “of counsel” to the firm of Schwartz & Posnock. Prior to that he had his own firm in Livingston, New Jersey for a number of years after he was an Associate at Stern, Dubrow & Marcus in Maplewood, New Jersey.
