David W. Lipcon has been practicing in Miami-Dade County since 1993. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Florida in 1989, and, his law degree at the University of Florida School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to the Florida Bar, the Colorado State Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and, the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member in good standing of the Florida Justice Association (formerly, The Academy of Florida Trial lawyers), The Dade County Trial Lawyers Association, The American Bar Association, The Dade County Bar Association and served as Chairperson of The Florida Bar's Grievance Committee for the 11th Judicial Circuit.

How did you build a successful practice?

My responsiveness, track record, hard work, creativity and word of mouth referrals have all helped my to build a successful practice. My ethics and dedication to helping people are also contributing factors.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Clients should look for a lawyer who is honest, ethical, aggressive, and willing to fight for their rights.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I am happy to talk with the potential client on the phone for however long it takes to adequately evaluate the case, I don't set time limits or charge for an initial phone consultation.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

I need general details of the incident such as date, location, how it happened, and details of any injury.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I have been handling Personal Injury cases in Miami-Dade County for over 22 years. It is my specialty and I have handled virtually every type of Personal Injury case. I have taken many to trial and settled many of the cases out of court.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Helping people and families fight for their right to be fairly compensated for their injury.
