Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I represent the female Special Agent trainees at the FBI Academy in Quantico for sexual harassment and discrimination. This has already forced changes there and is also the subject of Congressional inquires and investigations.
How did you build a successful practice?
By winning nationwide class action discrimination cases and other high profile cases features in the news. Also, by word of mouth from satisfied clients.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Experience, understanding and willingness to listen to the client's needs.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
In my D.C. practice, familiarity with the courts and political institutions in Washington, and contacts in the media.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I will provide an initial assessment as to whether the client has a case or matter that I believe I can resolve successfully, and whether it is more likely than not to prevail.
