About Debra
Deb is an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Thomsen & Nybeck, P.A. She concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, construction litigation and townhome and condominium law. Deb has experience conducting court trials and jury trials, representing individuals and businesses at mediations or arbitrations, and arguing motions before the court. Deb has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, which gives her a multifaceted approach to the practice of law. Deb's blend of legal expertise and business education allows her to provide clients with legal representation that is guided by knowledge of business needs and practices. Deb is also an Adjunct Professor for the Business Practicum at William Mitchell College of Law, a member of the Missions, Inc. Programs and Mission Farm Nursing Home, Inc. Board of Directors and has been appointed by the governor to the State Board of Physical Therapy.
