Mr. Koutrakos was graduated magna cum laude from the University ofSouth Carolina in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where he wasinducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University ofSouth Carolina School of Law in 1996, where he was Associate Student WorksEditor of the South Carolina Law Review and was inducted into the Order of Wigand Robe.
Mr. Koutrakos was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1996. After servingas law clerk to the Honorable C. Tolbert Goolsby, Jr. of the South CarolinaCourt of Appeals for one year, Mr. Koutrakos joined the firm in 1997. He becamea partner in 2002.
