Stan was born in Buffalo, New York but has lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. He is a former City Councilmember and Mayor Pro-Tem for the City and County of Broomfield. When he is not working, Stan enjoys spending time in the mountains with his wife and children.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of California at Berkeley Law School, Mr. Muller has been practicing law in Denver, Colorado for more than 45 years. His practice has emphasized all aspects of business law, for both United States and international businesses. Mr. Muller brings extensive experience to his practice. Over a 20-year period, he was vice president and general counsel for Samsonite™ Corporation and general counsel for Gates® Corporation. He was also with the Gorsuch, Kirgis law firm, and the Conover, McClean and Heppenstall law firm, in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, Mr. Muller has a wealth of experience in the development and operation of private power projects in Colorado, serving as Executive Director of the Colorado Independent Energy Association for 20 years.

Jo Stone is a Colorado native, whose grandparents were homesteaders in eastern Colorado. Jo has both her bachelors and masters degrees in English literature as well as her law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Jo's practice focuses on estate and business planning, although she also has an extensive background in litigation of all kinds, including commercial, business, and personal matters. Her diverse background and experience allows her to approach all legal matters in a very circumspect and comprehensive manner that is somewhat unique in relation to the narrowly-focused niche firms prevalent today. Jo’s diversity also allows her to develop long lasting relationships with a wide variety of clients who may need different legal assistance through the years. In addition to practicing law, Jo is on the faculty of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Phoenix and has taught at a variety of other colleges and universities throughout her career in the areas of business and arts and sciences. Jo is an active member of the Rotary Club of Parker and has served as the President, Director of International projects, Director of Club Service, as well as holding various posts in Rotary District 5450. She is an active advocate of Rotary’s program to eradicate Polio worldwide. Outside of the office, Jo and her husband, Jim, enjoy spending lots of time with their large family, as well as writing, music and travel.

He started his own firm in 1995 focusing on Civil and Criminal Litigation, Business Law, and Estate Planning. While in Cincinnati, his now ex-wife was a surgeon still in training. Over time Philip found that many medical professionals that he or his then wife knew began asking him questions related to contracts, careers, and practices. He realized there was a definite need he could address and developed his practice to help healthcare professionals. When his then wife completed her training, they moved to Colorado where he helped her set up and run her medical and surgical practice, as well as restarting his law practice with a focus on healthcare professionals and practices. Philip grew up in the Midwest. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in History from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. From 1995 to 2003 he served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the US Army Reserves, where he assisted soldiers with estate planning and other assistance to meet their requirements prior to being deployed. He also represented soldiers in military separation boards and served as the Claims Officer for the 9th LSO, 88th RSC. He completed eight years of service rising to the rank of Captain. Philip is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association, where he served as the co-chair of the Business Law Section for two years. He is licensed in Colorado and Ohio. At the office, Philip is always glad to introduce clients to our golden retrievers Sadie and Zev, the office dogs. After gaining legal experience prosecuting criminal cases in the County, Juvenile, and District Courts, Kevin went to the Douglas County office in 2002 and continued to handle cases in the District Courts, becoming a Senior Deputy in 2005. Kevin left the District Attorney’s Office in December 2006. That is when Kevin began his career of representing those charged with crimes. By focusing on criminal defense, Kevin provides personal and competent service to those who have been charged with a criminal act. Kevin’s skills in negotiation, understanding the legal issues and trial techniques provide his clients with a quality of representation that sets him apart from others.
