About Diana
Diana S. Weitzel was born and raised in Robinson, Illinois. Ms. Weitzel received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as in the Federal Courts of the Northern and Eastern Districts, has received her Executive MBA from Texas Christian University, and has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University.
Ms. Weitzel has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare as an executive for the largest healthcare group purchasing organization where she was responsible for over 2,500 hundred hospitals. In addition, Ms. Weitzel is an Associate Professor with the University of Phoenix where she teaches both business and law at the undergraduate and graduate level.
For the past three years, Ms. Weitzel has devoted her practice to the area of family law and bankruptcy. Her litigation experience includes representing clients in all types of contested family cases such as divorce, child custody, child support, enforcements, modifications, terminations and adoptions. In addition, Ms. Weitzel is trained in mediation and family mediation.
The common theme in Ms. Weitzel's career is one of service and dedication to the needs of each client. Ms. Weitzel appreciates how difficult family law cases can be for the client, both emotionally and financially. She strives to ensure each client receives the individual attention he/she deserves. Ms. Weitzel never forgets that your case is the most important thing happening to you at this point in your life.
Ms. Weitzel has been actively involved in the community for many years and is a member of Fellowship Church where she volunteers in several ministries.
