About Andria

Andria is a widely respected Family Law Attorney with over twenty-five years of experience, including eight years as an Attorney Referee for the Friend of Court.  She has represented hundreds of clients in the family court system, and as an experienced domestic mediator has helped countless families resolve their custody, parenting time, spousal support, and child support issues.

Andria is an accomplished Municipal Law Attorney who has represented one of the largest municipalities in Mid-Michigan as general counsel for a over a decade.  Additionally, Andria has represented numerous public entities covering all aspects of Municipal Law, Transit, and Drain Law.  Andria was among the first attorneys to provide state-wide workshops on understanding Michigan's Medical Marihuana Law.  For each of her clients Andria brings attention to detail, superior problem solving skills and a personal touch to the resolution of their case.

Andria is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Law.  While in law school Andria participated in and assisted the City of Detroit/Wayne County/State of Michigan Ad Hoc Housing Committee.  Prior to attending law school she was a planner for Region 2 Planning Commission.  Andria served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Ernest F. Oppliger, 31st Circuit Court.  Prior to forming Andria Ditschman Law, PLLC she was a Partner and Officer of the Board of Directors for The Hubbard Law Firm.

Andria is licensed to practice in both the Eastern and Western Federal Districts of the U.S. District Court.  She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.  She has a Family Law Certification from the State Bar of Michigan and is a roster approved domestic mediator.

She is a member of the Eaton County Bar Association, Ingham County Bar Association, St. Clair County Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys.

Andria is an approved Domestic Relations Mediator for Clinton, Ingham and Kent County Courts.  She is a member of Family Mediation Council Michigan.

She has made a number of presentations throughout the state concerning Michigan's Medical Marijuana Act as it relates to municipalities.  And, she has spoken to varied state wide associations concerning Election Law, the Economic Vitality Incentive Program, and Intergovernmental Agreements.

She has provided numerous training workshops for township boards, city councils, zoning board of appeals and planning commissions.

Committed to public service, Andria is Past-President of the Eaton County Bar Association, serves as an Officer of the Board of Directors of Woldumar Nature Center, and is Committee Chair of Troop 180 Boy Scouts of America East Lansing.  She is also active in Ingham County 4H and the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan.  A living kidney donor, Andria supports Gift of Life Michigan.
