Donna Brennan-Scott, Esquire focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation, including labor and employment, securities, contracts, and negligence issues. Prior to joining the Firm, she was employed as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department of Abrahams, Loewenstein & Bushman, P.C., and as a general practitioner with the law firm of Rendine & McConeghy. Additionally, she has more than 10 years experience in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as a judicial employee for the Honorable Samuel M. Lehrer.

Ms. Brennan-Scott earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2002 where she was on the Dean's List and was distinguished for her performance as a quarter finalist in the Honorable James Hunter III Advanced Moot Court Competition. Additionally, her scholastic legal writing ability was recognized when she received the Honorable James Hunter III Advanced Moot Court Award for Best Top Ten brief, as well as the Class of 2002 IL Legal Writing Award. She was also the recipient of a Pro Bono Publico Award for her valuable service to the Community Dispute Resolution Center - Mediation Project. In 1997, Ms. Brennan-Scott received her B.S. degree in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude, from Chestnut Hill College where she was chosen for the National Dean's List.
