About Edward
Edward C. Cumbo specializes in the defense of industry-wide toxic tort claims. He has also represented companies in complex product liability and premise liability claims. Mr. Cumbo serves as part of a national coordinating counsel team for several companies that manages toxic tort litigation throughout the United States.
While completing his undergraduate studies, subsequent to graduation from college and during his time at law school, Mr. Cumbo served as an intern, paralegal and law clerk at a New Jersey law firm that handled plaintiff's medical malpractice and product liability actions. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Cumbo served as an associate with a Boston law firm specializing in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Cumbo then assisted several Boston based national law firms with investigations into stock options and employee pension plans initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, Department of Labor and Massachusetts Attorney General. Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone, Mr. Cumbo served as an associate with a Boston law firm that specialized in insurance defense and product liability defense litigation.
