About Edward

Edward Greenberg is one of the firm's three founding partners. His litigation practice includes employment, product liability, premises liability, insurance, business, construction and complex litigation.  During the past 28 years, he has taken dozens of cases to trial and has handled numerous appeals. His cases have involved disputes concerning construction defects and delays, employment discrimination, retrospective insurance premiums, insurance bad faith, insurance coverage, retail stores, hotels and motels, restaurants, household appliances and industrial machinery and equipment.   

Mr. Greenberg practices in the federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also conducted litigation in other jurisdictions including a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA). Mr. Greenberg is the New Jersey Contributing Editor for the Tort Law Desk Reference: A Fifty State Compendium, published annually by Aspen Law & Business. 

In each of the past five years, Mr. Greenberg has been selected by Pennsylvania lawyers and judges for inclusion in the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers published by Philadelphia Magazine.  He devotes substantial time to pro bono service as a Judge Pro Tempore (mediator) in the Dispute Resolution Center of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and as an arbitrator for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County.   

Mr. Greenberg enjoys downhill skiing, bicycling and motorcycle touring. He has three sons in college (Cornell, Maryland and Michigan ) and one in high school.
