Mr. Ryan's practice focuses on general civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of personal injury claims arising from premises defects and negligence.
Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone, Mr. Ryan handled both civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts with the law firm of O'Connor and Ryan, P.C. in Fitchburg, MA. While enrolled in the Evening Division at Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Ryan worked as a full time paralegal at a premier Boston law firm specializing in plaintiff's trial practice encompassing every area of personal injury litigation. Mr. Ryan also held a position as a law clerk for a firm concentrating in the defense of toxic tort claims and interned in the City of Boston Law Department. Prior to law school, Mr. Ryan spent two years in the mortgage industry. He also has experience in state government.
