Emily Rome is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group. She has successfully represented businesses in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including tort and fraud actions, breach of contract claims, product liability claims, and intellectual property claims. Emily has represented businesses, both large and small, in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, mediations and arbitrations.
