About Erica

Associate Attorney Erica Bilkis represents federal and private sector clients in all types of employment matters, including workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, reasonable accommodations, proposed disciplinary actions and wrongful termination.  Erica handles cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and is licensed to practice in Virginia.

Prior to joining Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C., Erica practiced in Washington, D.C. at a law firm where she worked primarily on federal sector employment cases.

Erica is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School. As a law student, Erica served on the Mock Trial Board, and worked in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, representing clients before the D.C. Office of Unemployment Services and in wage and hour disputes. During her first summer in law school, she worked at First Shift Justice Project, a non-profit organization that represents low-income women in pregnancy discrimination cases.

Erica is admitted to practice only in Virginia. Erica is Practicing in the District of Columbia under the direct supervision of Alan Lescht, a member of the D.C. Bar, pursuant to D.C. Court of Appeals Rule 49(c)(8).
