About Erin

Erin Keesecker is an attorney in the Madison office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., where she provides advice, analysis, and support to individuals, businesses, and governmental entities who are facing the prospect of litigation. She has helped resolve contractual disputes, breach of warranty claims, products and premises liability issues, relationship termination disputes, personal injury claims, landlord/tenant disputes, labor and employment class actions, zoning disputes, and § 1943 constitutional violations in both state and federal court. She is an active member of the firm’s Municipal Law & Civil Rights Team, as well as the Appellate Team.

Ms. Keesecker graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Keesecker spent a year of her law school career working as a student attorney in one of the University of Wisconsin Law School’s civil litigation clinics, where she focused on employment and housing law disputes.

Prior to attending the University of Wisconsin Law School, Ms. Keesecker performed, lectured, and taught throughout the United States as a founding member and business manager of a successful instrumental rock quartet.
