My wages were garnished for a 7 year old debt from a car repossession. I never received the final balance due after the car was sold at auction and never heard from the original creditor again, THEN this law firm comes with 7 years of interest and garnishes wages for 3 years and I call to try to work with them after paying 11k of the debt and was told I would receive paperwork to sign to make monthly payments on the remaining 4k. I never recieved the paperwork and NOW they are garnishing me again for the 4k AND MORE interest. I think they purposely didnt send the paperwork so they could get more money. This guy is clearly hurting for money and is crooked to do it. Who waits 7 years to collect on a debt in the first place? I'm advised by others to get an attorney and ask for proof that the new paperwork was mailed out to me so I guess I will have to go that route but its frustrating that I need to get an attorney for a crooked broke attorney but I guess it happens more than I thought.

Terrible practice, they won't work with you. Waits 15 yrs to come after you. No compassion or cares that you might end up without a home or car or food. He just wants the money. He won't even get on the phone with you. He has his legal assistance do the dirty work!

They wanted to speak to me about someone who has done work for me. I asked to schedule an appointment to talk. They missed the appointment and didnt contact me. I was served with a subpoena 2 weeks after. This will be a waste of their time and their clients dollars. Id recommend going elsewhere.
