This is totally taking the piss. I finished my battle pass and as soon as I go to try the latest and last gun it starts crashing out!! I do a restart by deleting the game and try to reinstall it.. soon as the game installs I am (stuck on this loading screen) almost immediately!! I don’t understand why they will do this to players that spend money with them obviously they must want to go broke so this has now taught me a lesson and I will not spend any more money on these games as I am totally frustrated!!!????????????
Can’t give it 0. For the money this trash company makes, you think they could produce a game that actually works. The billions of dollars you generate in revenue isn’t enough to afford decent servers? Y’all been making cods for how many years now and still can’t get it right? I think your horrible average rating here is generous. BO6 has so much potential, and even though it’s still newish, it’s almost like you don’t even game test prior to release, and if you do, who the hell thought that trash stability was passable. I’ve seen more blatant cheaters than any other game. Voice chat banned for swearing in a rated M game though. Can’t forget that, you swear, you’re banned, cheating though is perfectly fine.
Is this the only way to ask a support question or contact someone at the company? Phone number doesn't work. And only methods to try and send an email or support ticket require logging in. But I don't have an account to log in with and don't want one. I have zero interest in this company but I keep getting emails from them about friends being added to an account I don't have. I just want them to stop emailing me.
BO6 is garbage because of the amount of cheaters! Get rid of ricochet it doesn't work, it never has! Maybe try to keep your fan base in mind instead of streamers and hackers! I will never buy another call of duty again if this isn't fixed it's literally unplayable when you're getting beamed from across the map! Don't forget how unfinished and laggy it feels on every single map. Maps are garbage as well! Zombies is terrible too. You guys are a dying franchise now and it doesn't seem like you have any intentions to try to fix your broken game that people spent 70 dollars on and now you're already basically giving it away because you guys know it's trash!
I absolutely love the games this place puts out. But tonight I’m at a loss. I found a great partnership , and got a friend request that I accepted. Now I can’t find my friend. You still get three stars, but come on, help me find my friend.
