Adam is Very Responsive, in real estate dealings you want that. There are attorneys out there that make you wait days but even if he doesn't respond to you with paperwork that may be needed, he will keep you in the loop the reason why it may take another day or two. He did my first closing and noticed that a water bill wasn't paid by the seller and I received a nice $500 + check. He's very detailed.
