I was amazed that she either answered her phone often, or returned phone calls super quick. I never had to wonder if she would get back with me. Emails were answered promptly as well.nnI'm a details guy, so I was a little disappointed that our address was listed incorrectly on mailings sent to us and some forms had an incorrect birth date listed. Probably reflects less on Roxi and more on a paralegal or office staff she hired. Just remember, always review forms you sign for accuracy, lawyers make mistakes too.nnOverall a very pleasant experience. With so many immigration attorneys out there, Roxi is someone you can trust.
