I believe Erin is probably an ethical and outstanding attorney, but my case was handed over to Mike and Natalie while Erin went on maternity leave, which I should have never allowed. My demand letter was poorly written and I should have gone with my gut instinct, but having given them a substantial amount in a retainer fee I let it go. I know this is my fault but I should have gone with my gut instinct and not entrusted my case to be handled by Mike and Natalie whom I had never met in person. While I would recommend Erin, I would not recommend Mike or Natalie.
Very helpful for retrieving an owed pension.
