I cannot say enough about Mr Goldman. He mediated a personal injury case with him. What a breath of fresh air! He was kind, respectful and caring, he not only listened but he made YOU feel heard. He made you feel important! He was very thoughtful very very very knowledgeable and honest! He broke things down in a way I could understand. No double talk!He helped to bring resolution to a very long very complicated case with a big entity.Absolutely recommend 100% and would use again, though I hope I don't have to:/ He made a very scary situation pleasant and you really can't beat years of experience AND kindness you just can't! Highly professional yet laid back. This guy is knowledgeable and top notch.

I used this arbitrator once and it was a bad experience. He was unprepared and not familiar with the case, especially in light of the fact that he had memorandums from both sides. He was also seemingly more interested in smalltalk rather than resolving the case.
