We did our signing in 100 Galleria Pkwy, ste. 1000. Atlanta GA. Very professional and polite service, clean, and friendly atmosphere. Our closing experience was swift, the attorney was very interactive, and made the signing process much easier. Our attorney was very patient, and kept us informed immediately all closing was done and we didn't have to call or anything. He was on point, he's good man. Very helpful before, during and even YEARS after (when I called Kristie Miner to obtain a document I couldn't find). update 2 minutes later: After leaving my review I saw all the 1-star reviews so I came back to edit my response, which is ... I guess it is like any company, it depends on the person you are working with. Again, Kristie was/is great!
My husband and I bought a property in 2014, the company that did the closing was Albertelli Law. A week ago, I found out that the property has a lien because the previous owner installed a shed in the back yard without a permit in 2008. The company was aware of this and nevertheless issued me a clear title. I'd never imagine a company could deliver a clear title when there are outstanding debts. I do not recommend this company to anyone, this is a headache that does not let me sleep.
They went out of their way to get one of my properties closed.
This Florida law firm is very unresponsive. After months of stalling, this law firm responded to the customer only a few times. This law firm did not return phone calls or emails in a professional and timely manner resulting in the loss of a real estate sale, which was under contract before this law firm ever took over. After submitting the necessary documents more than 4 times over several months to both the mortgage company and law firm, this law firm still did not have their ducks in a row and could not communicate with the mortgage company to confirm anything. This law firm is still mailing necessary documents to an old address that has already been updated several times. This law firm also (all of a sudden) deleted or changed emails the day of the auction closing to avoid further communications with the customer. I would not recommend using this Florida based law firm. Maybe this comment will save a few others from being neglected by their (community college try) efforts.
