My husband and I bought a property in 2014, the company that did the closing was Albertelli Law. A week ago, I found out that the property has a lien because the previous owner installed a shed in the back yard without a permit in 2008. The company was aware of this and nevertheless issued me a clear title. I'd never imagine a company could deliver a clear title when there are outstanding debts. I do not recommend this company to anyone, this is a headache that does not let me sleep.

This Florida law firm is very unresponsive. After months of stalling, this law firm responded to the customer only a few times. This law firm did not return phone calls or emails in a professional and timely manner resulting in the loss of a real estate sale, which was under contract before this law firm ever took over. After submitting the necessary documents more than 4 times over several months to both the mortgage company and law firm, this law firm still did not have their ducks in a row and could not communicate with the mortgage company to confirm anything. This law firm is still mailing necessary documents to an old address that has already been updated several times. This law firm also (all of a sudden) deleted or changed emails the day of the auction closing to avoid further communications with the customer. I would not recommend using this Florida based law firm. Maybe this comment will save a few others from being neglected by their (community college try) efforts.

Closing company (mortgage connect) choose to deal with this law firm. To say the lease we almost had to redo our mortgage loan because we thought it'd be quicker. If Mortgage Connect deals with them, they're probably a sub 2 star company.

As a real estate agent it’s great when you deal with nice people like Monica T. She was very responsive when I emailed her and kept in touch with what was going on so I could report to my buyers. Monica was very helpful in this process as it was my first time with a foreclosure. She was very informative!

I purchased a foreclosure at auction.com. They never sent me my deed. Called and them several times and was told account was closed that I should contact the bank. Contacted bank and was told they have to provide me the record of deed. Now I have to get an attorney. Hopefully, I can charge them any attorney fees that I have to pay because this is ridiculous.
