I wanted to express my disdain for this law firm and their complete and abhorrent treatment of my debt I am paying Synchrony Bank back. The customer service individuals are nasty and uncompassionate to my situation and the struggle have had to pay back 4 thousand dollars(which I am down to only owing 390 dollars). They decided try(because it will be paid before they are able to)and garnish my wages for that small amount after I told them that I had ran into some hardship. On top of all of that I told them it would be paid on full in a few weeks and the representative told that i couldn't send a check, money order or bring in any payment into their office here in Georgia and that I could only send a cashier's check that has to be sent certified mail. "because the mail here in the Atlanta area has a month delay" but it didn't take a month for the letter saying that they were seeking to garnish, to get to me. I write this say, stay away from the wicked law firm and if they are assigned to your debt fight them, the first mistake I made was believing them when they told me they were going to work with me to get the debt resolved. It was a lie.

They do not give you confirmation numbers when you make a payment via phone. I've been going online and taking screen shots to track each payment. According to the Georoga Bar, they HAVE to give you a receipt for payment or they are in jeopardy of disciplinary action. And they don't want to tell you how much is left on your balance. Crooked.

These people deserve negative 3 stars. These people are scammers and con artists. Worst than your local boot man. You'll never know about a court case against you because they do not notify you properly as they should! These people are predatorial and should be penalized.

The most incompetent "attorneys" office. They sued me for an amount that was already paid to the bank they represented. After weeks of fighting back and forth with them and providing evidence that the amount was already paid, they sent me a letter stating the amount was paid in full... then a month later I get a notice for hearing. They are predatory and deserve to be investigated for their practices because it seems they are preying on people who may be ignorant of how things actually work.

My first 6 payments have NOT been applied towards the debt. Employees: not professional, over talking, and downright RUDE. Every time I call for a balance it doesn't seem to be going down . Today the car told me I have TWO accounts.....yet I only have ONE account #, that I have paid faithfully for 34 months. I was supposed to have 2 pts left to be finished, and now they are saying FOUR!!!???? Their math ain't mathing....sounds like someone is passing their own pockets
