I highly recommend this lawyer to anyone that is looking to have their visa, work permit or to become a permanent citizen. Alejandra has done for me what two other lawyers have failed to accomplish. One told us that it couldn't be done because of how many times my wife got deported and the second one said it would take at least five years for her to even get seen. I want to give a huge shout out to Alejandra Lozano and her staff, as promised she told us it would take at least a year to see some results in my wife's case. And in as little as 7 months she has already set up an appointment for her to get her finger prints. First time I called they answered immediately, got a consultation booked and charged $150.00 for it swimmingly. My appointment was cancelled via text as the attorney could not appear. I’m on day 3 now of trying to get a call back to reschedule. I’ve called multiple times in the day to see if there was a certain time the phone lines were not super busy, left voice mails and got nothing. I’ve worked with many attorneys before and some are just sales men who sell this idea of great service then completely change once you’re hooked in. I get the impression that this is one of those firms. With that being said, I’m pretty sure I just got scammed for $150.00.

If we could give a zero we would. This law office will over promise and extremely under deliver. Many calls from different people telling their clients different things. We (my husband) were guaranteed certain outcome or we wouldn't have to pay.... They took our money (and deducted more than agreed upon) we did not receive what was promised and when confronted they could care less.... You can do more on your own with immigration directly for a fraction of the cost. Over two years we have paid them around $20,000. Of course we reached out directly to them with our concerns and they did nothing to help or live up to their promises. That is why I resort to leaving a review.PAY ATTENTION TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS.... I BET MANY OF THE POSITIVE WILL REVISE TO BE NEGATIVE IN THE FUTURE!

Paid for initial consultation. Lasted 5-10 minutes before she was finished. They did not tell me anything that I already did not know. Honestly it felt like I had already done more research in a few months than anything they advised me of. They had asked me on the initial phone call if I had been in a car accident in the past 3 years when I was calling about an immigration issue. They wanted to "help me" if I needed an attorney for that as well. I did not even get into how much it would have been to handle my case. Waste of time and money.

LATINO COMMUNITY PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE WHO YOU GIVE YOUR MONEY TOO! I don't want rant , but this immigration law group persuades their clients to lie ! YES This is a serious accusation.these people persuaded one of my family members to lie and that she should feel pleased with a SSN (employment authorization)... keep in my family member was truthful from the start on the day of her consultation and they told her "YOU HAVE A CASE" but then they wanted to use their own version of events .YES THIS IS SERIOUS STUFF AND WE WOULD NEVER LIE TO GOVERNMENT ! ALSO This business is so busy that they always take messages and your always talking to different people.. YES WE GOT A FULL REFUND !
