"I've brought 3 cases to this office and this is the absolute last time. I worked with Santiago for every case. A few weeks ago he called me to sign a document that stated the result of the case. Today when i come by to pick up the check it's short 430. Some of the facilities needed to be paid so I understand that. But that doesn't account for the missing 300. I asked him to see the paper I signed and he said he threw it out. How is it that you throw out a document that the client signed? Stating the result of what I would be receiving. All he could do is say "I'm sorry". For 300 dollars? Take your business elsewhere."

"First time we dealt with a lawyer for an auto accident and it will definately be the last. No one frpm the office would call and update us on the case. Not once did we speak to an actual lawyer. I always had to be the one to initiate a phone call. After a month of waiting we get a letter in the mail that they dropped our case because the other party did not have bodily injury coverage. Not one phone call to explain. Meanwhile the claims are still open. The car has not been repaired and now we are stuck fixing the mess they created. Proves he's not there for you but omly the money! Never again!"
