Alice H Ware

We had a pleasant although confusing consult with Alice Ware. We left thinking the price for doing a bankruptcy was one price and the paperwork in hand quoted another. Regardless of fault, we came back into the office prepared to start the bankruptcy process and make a payment. When we asked about discrepancy in the price we thought we would be paying, a member of their staff became indignant and told my husband that he would find no better price for representation in the area. He said he would check into a better rate elsewhere and if what she purported to be the 'best rate in town' was true he would be happy to come back and spend his money at Alice Ware's firm. Her response was to quote 'OK guy, you do that' Plain rude. If she had a real sense of customer service, perhaps she would have tried to retain our business in a more grown up manner. And for the record, they are not the best price in town. We beat their price by $100.
