Non-existent customer service on Kryptonite products (26 days and counting with zero response, no answer on the phone), so any offered warranty should be considered useless.

On July 13, 2017, I sent you a cable lock that had ceased locking. In the letter that accompanied it, I stated that I couldn’t understand how a lock would cease to function and that I would appreciate your company replacing the item. Today is the 4th of September and I have heard nothing: not an acknowledgment that your customer service department received the INOPERABLE LOCK; not a letter stating that you would test it and see why it no longer LOCKED; what I have received to date is NOTHING and I am very irritated with the product that was INOPERABLE and the product you are not standing behind. Locks should never break if they are built as well as you advertise. Your website advertises: Strength you can rely on. Anytime. Anywhere. We'll keep you covered Schlage locking cables, security chains and heavy-duty padlocks are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
