You will have no complaints with Allianz, until you file your first claim with them. They will do literally everything they can to avoid reimbursing you any charges. They will ask you all kinds of ridiculous documents which makes no sense to ask, just so you can’t provide them and they can have a reason to say you didn’t provide all the documents. They will procrastinate their email replies forever. The whole point of the insurance is to have something to rely on, when things go wrong. They will not help you. They are scammers.

Terrible service, took my money and was doing everything possible just to avoid helping me with a simple claim. Don't waste your time and money - scammers!

Took our money for concert ticket protection, when we had to cancel they said our reason wasn't good enough and refused to get us our money back. We paid extra to have our tickets protected and this company didn't do anything to help us. Filed a complaint to the BBB and disputed the charged with my bank. This company is a scam and a fraud

If I can give -1 I would do that?This is a fraud company, Please don't buy, One one can request for refund. No matter your reason? all kinds of reasons will not get your refund. Don't buy this insurance, it's terrible!

A big fraudulent joke. Took our money for insurance and gave us the runaround for over a year trying to process our claim. Never made good on their agreement with us. Shame on you!
