I accompanied my nephew to his first in-person meeting with Emily Amara, and I must say, her approach and interaction with her clients and their cases is so unique and admirable. She was so flexible in working with us to find a day and time that was convenient for us, as well as an office space that was closer to our residence. She was even willing to meet on a Saturday morning if needed. I have never dealt with a lawyer that is so patient...she spent over two hours with us explaining the process of our case and answering all of our questions. I personally commend her for her unique way of interacting with her clients. I've had many experiences with lawyers over the years and, unfortunately, most of them only showed interest in making the most amount of money in the least amount of time, while making me feel like a "case number". Emily is different. She made my nephew and I feel at ease about her legal and professional abilities, as well as treating us like real people. She truly understands customer service!
